Absolutely — we encourage test drives so you can feel confident in your choice. You can schedule one right from any vehicle page.
Can I hold a car while I decide?
Yes. Reserve any available vehicle online with a refundable deposit and we'll take it off the market while you come see it.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
We can arrange delivery anywhere in the country — contact us for a shipping quote before you reserve.
Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and financing options.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes — several of our lenders have first-time-buyer programs. See the Financing page for what to bring.
Can I use my own bank or credit union?
Of course. Outside financing is always welcome and the price stays the same.
Rentals
Do you rent cars too?
Yes — Aventro Rentals runs our rental fleet with online booking and refundable security deposits.
What are the rental requirements?
Renters must be 21+ with a valid license and proof of insurance. Full details are on the rentals site's policies page.
Warranty & returns
Do you offer warranties?
Yes, every car comes with a clear warranty for your peace of mind — terms are provided in writing before you buy.
Is my online deposit refundable?
Fully. If the car isn't right for you, the hold deposit is refunded — no questions, no fees.
Registration & fees
Do you handle Arizona registration?
We handle the title and registration paperwork with AZ MVD as part of every sale.
What dealer fees should I expect?
A documentation fee plus state title/registration costs. Every fee is itemized on your paperwork before you sign — no surprises.
I'm from out of state. Can you help?
Yes — we regularly handle out-of-state paperwork and temporary permits for buyers taking cars home.
Insurance
Do I need insurance before driving home?
Yes — Arizona requires proof of insurance before you drive off. Most insurers can add a car over the phone in minutes.
Appointments
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours, but scheduling a test drive guarantees the car is ready when you arrive.
