Vehicle listings and pricing

We work hard to keep listings accurate, and we publish our inspection findings and known imperfections
rather than hiding them. Even so, details such as price, mileage, equipment, and availability can
change or contain errors. A listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. Where a price
is obviously wrong, we reserve the right to correct it rather than honour the error.

Advertised prices exclude tax, title, registration, and dealer documentation fees unless the page says
otherwise. Estimated monthly payments shown on this site are illustrations, not financing offers.

Reservations

Reserving a vehicle places a $950 hold and takes it off the market while you complete the
purchase. The hold is fully refundable on request at any time before the purchase completes, and is
applied to the purchase price if it does. A reservation is not a purchase contract and transfers no
interest in the vehicle.

Financing applications

Submitting an application authorises us and our lending partners to obtain your credit report, which
may cause a hard inquiry. Submitting an application is not an approval, and neither approval nor any
particular rate or term is guaranteed.

Trade-in offers

An appraisal offer is based on the information and photos you provide, is subject to physical
inspection, and expires on the date shown. If the vehicle differs materially from what was described,
the offer may be revised or withdrawn.

Online payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Amounts shown before closing — including taxes and fees — are
estimates; the exact figures are set out in the closing paperwork, and any difference is settled there.

Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without
permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or records that are not yours, scrape listings in
bulk, or submit false information.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Aventro Motors is not liable for
indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot
lawfully be limited, and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
