Our Inspection Process

Every car, by hand

Before a vehicle is listed, it goes through a mechanical and cosmetic inspection carried out by our own
technician — not a checkbox exercise, and not a report we take somebody else's word for.

What gets checked

Exterior and paint, interior and upholstery, engine, transmission and drivetrain, brakes, tyres and
tread depth, suspension and steering, air conditioning and heat, electronics and infotainment, lights
and signals, battery health, fluids, and a road test.

What we publish

Each vehicle page carries the results under Condition, disclosed: a condition score out of 100, the
inspection date, who inspected it, and every checklist item with its outcome — passed, wear noted, or
repaired. Where something was measured, the measurement is shown; where something was replaced, it says
so.

Imperfections, on purpose

Used cars have flaws. Ours are listed in writing and photographed close up, so you see the door ding
and the curb rash before you drive over, not after. If we found it, it is on the page.

What an inspection is not

An inspection is a snapshot by our technician on a given date. It is not a guarantee against future
wear or failure, and it is not a substitute for your own test drive or an independent inspection —
both of which we encourage.
